Rustic country pool project

Categories: Residential, Outdoor

Location: Wimbledon, London

In this beautiful garden in Wimbledon, Guncast has created the perfect haven for relaxation. This opulent, peaceful environment, offset by tasteful garden landscaping, complements the swimming pool and together creates the desired, tranquil effect.

The stylish, heated pool is a generous 8m x 3.5m and designed for use from Spring right through to Autumm. It has a comfortable operating temperature of 28oC and features a constant depth of 1.5m and water volume of 42m3.

The rectangular pool has a large format tiled surround for a sleek and simplistic finish, which seamlessly leads onto a social area with comfortable seating and an outdoor fireplace, perfect for outdoor entertaining.

Hidden freeboard skimmers enhance the overall aesthetic of the pool, providing a clear distinction between the water and pool edge. The addition of the Jetstream Triva counter current enhances the swimmers training experience by generating a flat current with minimal surface turbulence.

The pool was designed to complement the outdoor living space of the walled garden, characterised by mature and virgin shrubs and trees, and offers a luxurious space for family and friends to enjoy precious time together.
