Luxury Residential Indoor pool and outdoor spa

This stunning indoor swimming pool was designed and constructed by Guncast, primarily as an exercise facility, typically for two people lane swimming. This classic indoor swimming pool is 25m x 4m, with a constant depth of 1.4m. It features a concealed automatic pool cover and a natural stone appearance porcelain tile finish.

The beautiful, exposed oak framing is a principal feature of the internal space, made possible by Guncast’s specifically designed environmental control system. The centerline of the offset roof structure aligned with the edge of the pool creates a unique look.

An outdoor courtyard spa was created to complement the pool, providing a place to relax all year round. The all-concrete pool and spa constructions have been designed and finished perfectly in line with the theme of the project.

Guncast provides ongoing service and maintenance to the customer.
