Guncast designed and delivered a sophisticated private wellness suite in South West London, combining a basement swimming pool and spa with a bespoke KLAFS PREMIUM SANARIUM®.
Designed as a seamless extension of the wider interior scheme, the wellness suite brings together exercise, relaxation and thermal bathing in one carefully considered space.

Bespoke Design & Engineering
The basement pool and spa have a combined capacity of approximately 45m³ and operate at around 28–29°C. A dedicated plant room serves the pool, spa and thermal facilities, allowing the various wellness systems to operate seamlessly.
The pool water treatment system incorporates UV primary disinfection and high-rate filtration, designed to maintain excellent water quality while minimising residual chemical levels.
