Large family pool, steam room and sauna project

This 10m x 5m outdoor crystal-clear swimming pool is the heart of this luxury wellness project, nestled in the heart of picturesque Hertfordshire. Designed with family fun and relaxation in mind, the pool is fit for between 6-12 people at a time, with a gradual depth of 1.2m to 2.2m. For safety and security, we installed an automatic slatted cover which is housed within the pool wall itself. Topped off with a diving board and complementary poolside furniture, the pool is located in the grounds of a large-scale redevelopment project, which includes 3 grade two listed barns.  

With the help of Guncast, the barns were converted into a wellness haven. Our experts designed and installed a warmly lit marble steam room (complete with a vertical steam chimney for that authentic experience!) as well as a KLAFS PREMIUM Sauna with hemlock cladding and obeche benches, located just a stone’s throw from the pool. The wellness oasis is complete with EV2 Champagne anodised finishes on handles, hinges, and frames throughout the build.
