This June, the Guncast Grover’s tackled Ben Nevis in aid of the worthy organisation DEBRA.  Proving to be a massive triumph, Guncast is thrilled to have raised a whopping £5,150 for the cause.

More than just a strenuous climb to the top of the breath-taking mountain, that Guncast Groovers also cycled 25 miles through the highlands and canoed Loch Lochy as well. They managed to reach their fundraising target.

Thanks to the donations raised by Guncast’s efforts, people suffering with EB will be able to have a holiday this year.  Taking a leisurely break from everyday life to enjoy time away can be an easy and enjoyable decision, however for those dealing with the struggles of constantly blistering skin, it is a whole other story. Finding suitable accommodation, travelling abroad with medical supplies and not to mention finding the money to fund it all can be extremely difficult.

But not anymore. The total raised has contributed towards a brand-new holiday home at White Cross Bay Holiday Park in the Lake District for those struggling with EB. Visitors will now be able to relax, spend precious time with their families and create unforgettable memories. For many it will be the only holiday they have this year, so Guncast would like to thank all those who contributed.
